"Vobis have been extremely helpful to us in the last few months filling five of our vacant Middle Grade A&E positions.
Five Doctors were appointed and this has resulted in a reduction in the need for hourly paid locums leading to savings of approximately £7000 per month per doctor over and above that of the standard NHS contracted rates.
We do have a rolling advertisement on NHS jobs, but this is rarely successful as it does not produce the quality of applicant that we require, and although the doctors [Vobis supplied] did not, at the time of appointment, have UK experience, following our standard three week induction they were able to work effectively in the department, and regarded as valuable additions to our staff.
